Using Enhanced Locked Print NX

• By default, all user printing jobs are secured - there is no need to designate "Locked Print" when printing from the PC
• After arriving at the shared Multifunction printing device, the user can log in manually or quickly sign-on to use the machine by card reader if Card Authentication Package option is installed
• The user's stored print jobs are displayed on the MFP's touch screen display
• Selected jobs are printed while the user is present to collect them
• Jobs printed in error can be deleted by the user at the MFP panel before being printed - saving costs by reducing unnecessary output
• With FlexRelease feature enabled, print jobs securely stored on one MFP can be accessed and released from another Ricoh MFP on the network without the need for external hardware or software

Using Enhanced Locked Print NX FlexRelease Server

• By default, all user print jobs are delivered to the FlexRelease Server
• Upon arriving at the device of their choice, the user logs onto the MFP and the users stored print jobs are displayed
• If the Card Authentication Option is installed, users can simply swipe their proximity card to log in
• Selected jobs are printed while the user is present to collect them
• Jobs printed in error can be deleted by the user at the MFP panel before being printed - saving costs by reducing unnecessary output
